Yes it’s easier said than done, Not an easy task for those that know. You set goals, You then set timelines, You discipline yourself, You deny yourself some pleasures. You sometimes even have to go hungry, Sometimes have to breakout from some relationships.
Growth is not for the faint heart, Only for those that are willing to stretch a little more. No speaker or coach can help you grow, We can only inspire you and tell you what you need to do but if you refuse to take the baby steps, you are on your own.
